                   A RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 20669,
                   ENCAPTIONED HEREINBELOW, RELATIVE TO THE
                   PROPERTY DESCRIPTION, SO AS TO CORRECT THE
                   PROPERTY DESCRIPTION AND TO PROVIDE CELLULAR
                   ONE WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE PERPETUAL EASEMENT
                   FOR ACCESS AS NEEDED.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Resolution No. 20669, encaptioned:
           
            A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A LEASE
            AGREEMENT WITH CELLULAR ONE FOR PROPERTY MORE FULLY
            DESCRIBED HEREIN.
           
       be and is hereby amended so as to correct the property 
description
       to the following:
            A certain tract or parcel of land which consists of a
            parcel identified as "Contel Cellular, Inc., Eastgate
            Tower, Tower No.: TN-0370, Chattanooga, Tennessee, 1st
            Civil District, Hamilton County, Tennessee" as shown on
            the Property Map, Drawing No. 9517422S, prepared by
            Jimmy E. Horton, Tennessee Registered Land Surveyor No.
            1550 of Tysinger, Hampton & Partners, 3428 Bristol
            Highway, P. O. Box 982, Johnson City, Tennessee  37605
            dated April 27, 1995, last revised July 25, 1995, a copy
            of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and a copy of
            the legal description from which is attached hereto as
            Exhibit A-1.
      
       and to provide Cellular One with a non-exclusive perpetual
       easement for access as needed.
